more annoyin things-

1- people eating whilst walking around town, cant u stop for 5 mins and eat properly? I dont want to see the inside of your mouth partly chewing your club rubin sandwich from sub way

2- friends walking around town together with headphones in. Have a missed a generation thing already? Why woyld you want to be listening to the O.C podcast when u have a person/people to talk to right next to you? must be really boring people/friends.

3- people using mobiles in cars, actually mainly truck drivers i have seen most (driving a HGV must be really easy then). I didnt shell out £200 for a fully intergrated, hands free, bluetooth, trafic sms alert system just to see some shmk chatting away without a fine in the world. Also this leads on to point 4

4- people wearing bluetooth head set walking around town. It aint a fashion accessory, u aint driving now, or working in a call centre, take it off!

Been baking today, aint got much else to fill my day with so i might as well fill myself up.

My masterpiece is a French Cherry Pithivier, cherry took ages to prep (taking out those stupid pits), blend some butter and sugar add an egg or two and mix with almond dust, i also added some left over marzipan from another project. I love marzipan, except when its shaped into stupid fruits n such. Lay mixture on puff pastry, egg wash, cut some decorative thing on the top bake at gas 7 for 20mins, then lower for 30 mins. Eat

 

Next was some bean and blue cheese things i hasty made using the cut offs from the pie. Turned out to b a nice snack.
